This notice explains how personal data is processed when you use our website and submit enquiries or job applications.

When you access the website, the data processed includes your IP address, the time, the requested address and technical information about your browser and operating system. This serves to deliver pages, resolve errors and protect against misuse. The website is provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare’s associated hosting infrastructure.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and accessible website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical data is processed for specific purposes; the operating and security rules of the providers involved govern how long they retain it.

You can contact us by email or using the online form. We process your name, email address, telephone number, message and, where provided, company, site address and up to five attached files. The site address is optional. Select the relevant option to receive a copy of your enquiry at your email address.

We use the information to answer your enquiry, prepare an order or process your job application. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual enquiries and job applications; for other matters, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies based on our interest in handling your request. Your information is not used for a newsletter.

We retain the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any subsequent business relationship. Statutory retention obligations and the protection of legal claims may require longer retention. Please only send documents needed for your request.

A separate form is available for job applications. It collects your first name, surname, home address, postcode, city, email address, telephone number and possible start date. You may also provide your gender, date of birth, a cover letter, a CV and a personal note. Consent to the privacy notice is recorded with the application. We use this information solely to process the application and contact you during the recruitment process.

The separate printable application form is provided without connecting to Jotform. Printing it or saving it as a PDF does not submit an application.

Our enquiry and application forms are provided by Jotform. They only load after you explicitly consent in the cookie banner or using the relevant button to enable the form. Before then, the embed does not connect to Jotform. You can contact us by email independently of this.

When you enable the form, the provider receives data including your IP address and technical browser information. When you submit it, Jotform processes your entries and attachments and sends them to us. Cookies or similar storage may be used for form, security and upload functions. Depending on the provider’s processing, data may be transferred to third countries. Information about recipients, storage technologies and transfers is available in Jotform’s privacy policy and the provider’s cookie list.

Consent to load the external service is given under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021). You can withdraw it at any time in the cookie settings. This does not affect processing that has already taken place.

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You can withdraw consent with effect for the future.
