What the service covers
Rendering and painting focus on the existing substrate, sound adjoining surfaces and the desired appearance. Individual repairs and refurbishment of connected areas are prepared differently. Colour, materials and transitions to existing surfaces are agreed so that the trade work suits the building and the agreed scope.
Plan access and the workflow together
For the workflow, we combine access to the damaged area with the practical trade task. We discuss the condition and construction of the existing structure, adjoining components and use of the areas below. Material selection, scope of execution and handovers to other trades are agreed for the specific project.
